Literally 'cut beer' the style originates from France. We blended a young and 8 month barrel aged saison together to offer a complex beer. Rounded with typical Belgian esters the farmhouse acidity cuts through. Fragrant citrus peel and pepper stop in a recognizably aged tartness.
