[ As Tornion Hillatus - Sour ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, sour, sour fruity - berries, candy, ripe berries - cloudberry - raspberry, sweet earthy honey - vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, honey sweet, sour, yellow apples, ripe fruit - ripe berries, clodberry - raspberry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20210703]

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear amber, small head. Aroma of ripe cloudberries and vinegar. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lemon and cloudberries. Low bitterness. Well, cloudberries are lovely, and they work fine in sour beer. This may not be the best example ever, but actually pretty good.

Hm kinda wanna like this, but just can't. Watery, acidic, malty, a bit sweet.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Close to clear golden-brown body, filmy layer, spotty lacing. Hints of mid-tart berry skins on the nose. The taste profile has got a rather firm acidity touch to the cloudberries, hints of ripe lemon as well. Okay cleanser. (Tromsø 14.10.2019).

Bottled 330ml Clear amber colour, tiny white head. Some is a bit tart with berries and berry stones (cloudberry). Light-bodied. Tartish with weak backbone, acidic-salty finish with some cloudberry taste and underlying sweetness. Cloudberry and sourness don't work together well.

On tap at Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Hazy dark golden/orange with a small head. Quite mild with light funk, hints of cloudberries and some wood. The finish was medium tart.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of yeast and cloudberry. Cloudy amber colour, no head. Aroma of cloudberry, yeast, sour apple. Very sour but sourness is short, finish is mildly sweet. Flat carbon, fresh.
