330ml bottle bought at El Rincon del Catador in Villajoyosa. Pours a noisy, airy white head, clear golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Vague smell of ripe lemon. Taste of lemony tartness on a backbone of lactic acid. Drying, mid-tart ending Foamy in the mouth. Partial refreshing in the sun. Accepted. (Hotel Room, El Albir 04.04.2019).

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat, straw, and lemons. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, lacto, and straw, leading to a tart finish.
