Gluten Free Citra & Mosaic Pale
An American style pale. Full bodied, light & tropical notes from the copious amount of hops we pack in there. A well balanced bitterness & a citrus finish makes this a crushable pale.
Pairs well with ordnance survey maps.
Allergen advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.
Ingredients: water, barley, wheat, hops & yeast.
This beer is unfined & vegan friendly.
Sheaf is now gluten free too! It actually has been for ages but we wanted to keep testing to make sure we had it nailed on.

330ml can bought at Priest Town Brewing Bottle Shop in Preston. Shared with Finn on a hotel room in Leicester. Firm pearl white head leaving lacing rings on the glass. Misty golden body. Rather light aroma of ripe citrus. Flavoured with lemon, grain and a mild toffee hint. Mid-dry fruity bitter endnotes. Fair enough. (11.02.2019).
