Creamy light brown head left a cover on a rich dark oak coloured still body. Malt & milk chocolate aroma. Medium bodied, creamy over the tongue with a slight tingle on the back. Dark chocolate, malt, demerara, slightly burnt, roast, nutty & caramel tastes. Nice one.

Bottle from Spar Supermarket, Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester. Dark clear reddish-brown with no head. Aroma is sweet-berry fruit, with some of this in its taste, but with a richness that almost, but not quite disguises its roasted malts.
