Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5

280ml draught, 5.5 %, shared with Finn at the brewpub. Nitro creamy beige head that laced well, a deep ruby tint to a near black body. Dark doughy malts on the nose. Quite rich taste profile of dark chocolate, dough and lactose sweetness. Sightly roasted malt-driven finish. Nice version of the style. (Oslo 02.12.2018).

Fra fat på bryggeripuben. Delt med Rune. Svart. Lavt mokkafarget tett skum. Aroma av melkesjokolade. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken lakris med hint av sjokolade & metall. Litt tynn.

Appearance: Black as the deepest dungeon. A nice creamy beige head that leaves a fine lacing. Looks good.
Aroma: Pleasant intensity.
Palate: Medium (-) body. A bit thin texture. Moderate sweet with an ok bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Nice cold coffee, some toffee and roasted malt.
Overall impression: Nice easy drinkable stout.
