Bottle. A more or less clear one, copper-colored, with a small, off-white head. Quite weak aroma with roasted malts and nuts, some chocolate hints and coffee. It’s medium bodied, dry and softly carbonated. Nuts, bread and some roasted malts in the flavor. Lasting roasted and nutty finish. A decent beer, but too boring I think. 170107

Bottle 500ml @ gunnfryd
Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits and licorice. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with an average licorice and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

500ml bottle, batch 113, bought at Gulating Tromsø. Pours an one-finger sized, dense, beige head resting over a near-clear, rosewood coloured body. Dotted spots on the glass. Restrained aroma of earthy, mid sweet malts and berry skins. Moderate flavour character of berry fruits, juniper and a backdrop of chocolate malts. Slightly roasted endnotes. Soft on the swallow. Pretty nice and quite alright as a partner to our pizza (Tromsø 17.12.2016).

Amber with off white head - Malt aroma - malt body with some hint of caramel - The malt goes into the finish, a littel bit on the thin side - This was ok
