Bottle. An unclear golden to amber colored beer with a small beige head. Caramel, some bread, toffee and dark dried fruit. Some alcohol. It's full bodied and lightly warming, softly carbonated, with a light vegetal touch. Caramel, toffee, dark dried fruit and some bread in the flavor. A bit too vegetal this one, and I'd prefer an even fuller body. Still nice. 240830

Bottle at home. The colour is slightly hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Sweet aroma of brown sugar, liqueur, alcohol, dried apricots, caramel and some ginger. The flavour is similar with more oat crackers, alcohol, bread and leather. Has a slick and a little soft mouth feel, medium to full body and a light bitterness. Malty and sweet, and need some years in the cellar.

RBHD-samling hos RB-Bryne, deep into enemy territory but surrounded by comrades in arms: fra 0,5 flaske, nesten helt klar gylden med kort skum. Floral aroma, smaken har nesler, fiken og alkohol i tillegg. Slank for sin abv. Ingen jubel rundt bordet, for å si det pent.
