Bottle courtesy of Ratebeer's Rune. Golden-amber with a very thin head. Hoppy with an obvious strength, but providing flavour to a brew with good clean tasting water. Fruit is evident.

Bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy dark golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, pale malt, dry hay and white bread. Flavour is similar with the addition of more grass. Has a slick mouth feel, medium to full body, and a soft bitterness. A little careful but is well balanced and fresh.

0,33 flaske, hjemme på nyttårsaften mens rakettene smeller rundt ørene på meg: lett uklar kobberfarge med ok skum. Delikate kryddertoner sammen med inntrykk av honning (eller mest sannsynlig så er det den kanadiske lønnesirupen), sommerblomster og noe lett urteaktig (mynte?) i en godt kalibrert maltkropp. Farlig lettdrikkelig, ettersom vitamininnholdet er diskret tilbaketrukket. En ypperlig rekvisitt for en hvilken som helst nyttårsfeiring, og stor takk til Johnne for denne velsmakende julegaven!

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Filmy layer over a clear warm golden body. Spotty lacing. Dried fruity aromas, lightly spiced. Well blended taste profile of fruity sap, mild caramel sweetness and mid-dry yeasty fruitiness. Rounded mid-sweet fruity ending, very smooth on the swallow. Well bodied, hidden alcohol. Pleasant to drink. (Tromsø 23.12.2018).

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish yeasty, hay, minerals, harsh yeast, fruit stones, sour grass, almond essence, dried grain, weeds, light malts, alcohol, wash cloth, sawdust, paper, hints of dried fruits and citrus peel. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, fruit stones, alcohol, harsh yeast, light malts, bark, wash cloth, minerals, sawdust, soil, dried grain, paper, almond essence. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh yeasty mouthfeel. Meh!
