A hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer. When sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.

Draught at Baladin Open, Rome. Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- apricot, candied pineapple, apple, malt, meadow. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, no bitterness, apple, apricot, candied pineapple again, coriander, meadow. Medium bodied. Good.

750 ml corked and waxed bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, large white head. The aroma is distinctly spicy and rather yeasty, notes of coriander, hay and citrus. Fairly light bodied. The flavour is medium dry and refreshing with notes of coriander (less prominent citrus), short finish. A decent enough witbier - but is it that much better than other witbiers to make the higher price acceptable?

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca media grana evanescente, colore giallo smorto torbido, al naso spezie scorze di arancio lieviti leggero chiodi di garofano, in bocca è fresca spezie coriandolo e agrumi, lieve acidula, corpo leggero, carbonazione forte, dolce con amaro percettibile.
