A hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer. When sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.

Hazy pale golden colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Aroma wheat, orange, pear, yeast, light coriander. Light sweet and bitter, touch of acidity, wheat, yeast, light orange. Light sweetbitter aftertaste, yeasty and light spicy notes. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation; thirstquencer, acceptable witbier.

Thuis uit een (apart en mooi) flesje. Mooie troebele gouden kleur, aardig schuim. Lekker zoetje in het witbier, prima.

Bottle @ friend. Hazy, murky pale yellow with no head. Smells malts, wheat, sweet, yeasty. Tastes sweet, malty, yeasty, slightly fruity/lemonade. It's weird but kinda pleasant. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Bottle at home. Bit hazy light golden with short lastig fizzy white head. Sweet dough, orange peel, coriander, soft herbs and lemon. Just medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Under medium bodied with soft-drink like carbonation. OK.
