Une fois servie, la Dremmwel Stout Bio dévoile une jolie mousse de couleur ivoire qui s’estompe assez rapidement. Elle se pare d’une robe d’un noir profond.
Au nez, on découvre des notes très présentes de céréales grillées. On y trouve également une légère pointe fumée. En bouche, on apprécie des notes grillées agréables ainsi qu’une légère note de biscuit. En fin de bouche, on décèle une légère amertume. Petit bémol, on aurait apprécié un peu plus de corps pour cette Stout.

Bottled. A red-brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of butterscotch and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, butterscotch, and caramel, leading to a dry roasted finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and caramelish. Bitter and dark malty, toffee. Bitter, toffee and caramelish finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark, reddish brown with a small, beige head. Roasty, chocolatey aroma. Medium body, roast, ashes and even iodine - even if the body thins out somehow. A little rustic. 260713

33cl bottle via a friend living in France. Thick tan head which disappears quickly. Clear black pour. Nice coffee aftertaste.

33cl bottle. Poured a black beer with off-white head, good formation and lasting. Aroma is to toasted malt, licorice. Flavour is toasty, roasty, woody, with traces of dark coffee and with a final slightly bittery. Carbonation is soft. Body is medium to full. Texture is moderate creamy.
