330ml bottle in Locmariaquer, Brittany. Pours a misty glowing gold, loose bubbly white head. High carb. Some salty sea air and blanche spice on the nose, continuing to taste, definitely salty hints of seaweed.. a little too dry on the close.. goes well with the location, but otherwise falling a little short.

75cl bottle as «Mor Braz Blanche » from Casino Supermarché in Quiberon, France. F: medium, white, average retention. C: yellowish, hazy. A: malty, orange peels, herbal, citrus, floral T: light malty base, bit orange, soapy, mineral, citrus, bit herbal, medium carbonation, if I correctly understand brewed with sea water from 15m deep so quite interesting beer, partially enjoyed.

Bottle. Mor Braz Blanche. Very light cloudy golden/yellow with a short-lived head. Aroma of cooked vegetables (asparagus, cabbage), citrus fruits and coriander. Taste is fruity, sour, tart and slightly salty. Vegetables, grains and citrus fruits. Medium carbonation. Feels kind of strange at first. Takes some time to get used to but it gets better and even refreshing. But I can't say that I'm really a fan.

33cl Bottle shared at Plage de Cleut Rouz. Hazy pale straw w/a low saturation & a white head. Sweet malts, seawater, fresh coriander. Light sweet, light salty. Thin body, average carb. Refreshing & fitting tastes to the scenery here.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Eric for this bottle! As Mor Braz Blanche.Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, a bit of lacto, and salt. Rather dry flavor, slightly tart, with some wheat, coriander, and nice saltiness. Light-bodied, well-carbonated. Refreshing. Somewhat Gose-ish.

75 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, BBE 09/2013
Aroma is slightly sour and tart with some honey, wheat, citron and hints of hay. Flavour is salty and slightly tart with wheat. Finishes salty and dry with hints of peaches. Watery but interesting, feels a bit like gose. Definitely not a Hefeweizen. I’d put this under traditional ale (Gose) or a witbier.
