33 cL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours clear and pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and mild fruity. Lingering fruity and slight citric. Lacto and citric lingering finish. Salty. Ends medium dry.

bottle from Vilage de la Bière Strasbourg-France. Cloudy pale yellow, mid-sized fluffy white head. Sourish-fruity taste, whetay and malty. Refreshing summer beer. I’m pretty sure it is not a German Hefeweizen, rather a Belgian style witbier.

Bottle, 4%. Weak hay aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Very small head. Citrus flavour, turning slightly yeasty. Salty mineral aftertaste.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, light golden with a small head. Fruity, citrusy notes. Very light-bodied with a spicy edge and notes of citrus. Odd saline touch! Heavily sedimented. 220106
