Bottle, #33, six months after bottling. Pours dark, translucent brown, with small, off white head. Aroma is dark roasted malts, with rye bread, syrup and caramels, as well as some wooden notes of juniper. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is caramel malts, with bread and syrup, as well as some dry wooden yeasty notes. Nice, malty beer, but not a lot of kveik coming through though...

330ml bottle, batch 331, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Bubbly, off-white head, some of it remaining over a cloudy dark brown- reddish body. Moderate aromas of grainy caramel and red orange. Interesting flavour character of caramel, juniper, and dried fruits on a backbone of kveik. Roasted malt-fruity finish. Something else, pretty alright. (Tromsø 09.06.2018).

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, weeds, grass, bark, yeast, fruit stones, hay, minerals, toast, soil, roasted grain, alcohol, licorice, harsh hops. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, minerals, bark, fruit stones, grass, roasted grain, yeast, toast, bark, medicine, soil, harsh hops. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.
