It is a regular beer, I like this taste between a hefeweizen and a witbier, particulary refreshing, 05.08.2016, buying it at the grain d'Orges, Crissier, out of business, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne.

Old rating from Oct 2014 - 330ml bottle, pours caramel with a small white head. Aromas & tastes of apples, citrus, nuts, toffee, honey, bread, herbs, hints of spice & malt. Medium body. Slightly sweet mildly bitter finish

hazy amber colour, moderate sized creamy yellowish-ecru head; aroma of toffee, dried apricot, honey, some clove, nutmeg and mint (?); taste has similar notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one

Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- decent, caramel, spicy, apple, close to pumpkin ale. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, herbal, honey, a bit fruity, caramel. Medium bodied.

Copper colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of spicy notes. Very well made but I'm not a fan of the spicing.

Bottle at Ty Gwelig Creperie, Carnac, Brittany, France, Monday 12th June 2017 Pours amber with slim off white head. A little honey on the nose, fruity but with a little spice. Quite malty but pretty decent. A7 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.3
