On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with little off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pine needles, some citrus. Tastes fruity and slightly sweet with more than balancing bitterness. Medium bodied, bitter finish.

Can. An unclear yellow-orange beer with a white head leaving lacing. Very fruity aroma, citrusy mostly, lemon zest and orange notes, some pine cones and generic tropical fruits. Hints of pale malts in the back. It's soft and full to medium bodied, with a rather low level of bitterness. Lemon zest, orange, mango, pineapple notes and some pine cones in the flavor, with a light malty sweetness as a backdrop. Lasting fruity finish. Sure, is s nice beer, but too much on the juice side for me. 180429

330ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A remaining pearl white head over an opaque, grey-yellow coloured body. Lacing rings down the glass. Burst of succulent fruits on the nose, mango and oranges. Wheat juicy flavours, impacts of pineapple, mango, and leafy hops. Gentle and smooth hop fruity ending with subdued bitterness. Fine bodied. Decent neipa. (Tromsø 25.04.2018).

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 7.0%. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of tropical fruits and pine. Medium sweet flavour, lots of tropical fruit juice, some citrus and pine, not very bitter. A good beer, but a tad too sweet in my book.

Aroma is tropical notes of mangoes, apricots, kiwis and litchi, as well as grass and citrusy notes of tangerines, orange and lime. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops, with tropical notes of kiwis, litchi, pineapple and mangoes as well as citrusy notes of lime, lemon and orange peel. Very sweet and juicy, but just enough bitterness to pass as beer.

0,33 boks fra helsekosten i Verksgata, hjemme i kveldssolen denne første virkelige vårdagen: uklar skittengul med fint skum som varer. Plenty av citrusfriskhet både i aroma og smak, og nesten søt som en frokostjuice (heldigvis balanserer bitterheten). Saftig ettersmak og en smule endimensjonal, nesten som Fox sitronkarameller. Passer best i små mengder. Lurer på om jeg egentlig allerede er begynt å gå lei av NEIPA-stilen. Hva blir neste hipster-trend, mon tro?
