Salt, or saltiness, is a very rare feature in beer (or in any beverage, for that matter), and there is good reason for that. This one uses sea water and has fermented three times; the result is a misty orange blonde beer with snow white head and malty and fruity profile, bit apple- or pear-like, with weird salty notes and a thin, watery, insufficiently hopped finish. Points for originality but not for taste.

Bottle from Coop Breizh, Paris
Hazy light blond color. The aroma is smelly, with also cereals and some sourness. The flavor is poor, with cereals and very salty; the bitterness is low. Disgusting.

Getrunken beim 2. BTO-Treffen. Sehr interessant!
