Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light citrus, moderate cherry and strawberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, cream - custard, cherry, hop bitter, shortly cherry stone bitter, fruity hops, wheat, light strawberry. Can 33cl, BB 11/01/2020 @ Niamey Craft Beer tasting, thanks Madalin. Couleur pourpre trouble, col fin rosé. Arôme au bouquet fruité donnant clairement un accent de purée de fraises, cerise plus en retrait, rétro fin houblonné entre agrumes et léger tropical. Le lactose est modéré. Palais allie le caractère fruité de la fraise - ici, une impression de purée de fraises avec une petite touche d'aigreur de cerise. Cerise revient un peu sur la fin, et une amertume houblonnée qui reste bien présente tout le long, mais un peu diminuée par cet ajout de fruits et de lactose.

330mml. can. Tasted @ «Armazém da Cerveja», Porto (Portugal). 18/05/2019. Murky magenta colour with a minimal pinkish head. Aroma is cherries, soft candy and strawberries milkshake. Taste is strawberries milkshake, red fruits and floral hops. Fruity milkshake finish. Soft alcohol. Low carbonation and medium body. Next one please!

Can. Pretty much an opaque magenta beer, small bubbly pale mauve head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. A light malt base provides modest sweetness. Good red berry fruits here, dark cherry and a little candy cherry go well with a mild strawberry tartness. Hops bring pine and mild spice and a light citric peel. I fancy the Vic Secret delivers a good supporting floralness. Finishes with more red berries and piney hop. Very good! I've long believed red and black berries and hoppy beers are not good bedfellowes, happy to be comprehensively proven wrong here. Everything works together and it's a very satisfying berry dominated fruit salad of a beer.
