75cl Bottle shared, bought at wine store in Benodet. Pours clear peach colored orange/pink with no head but some fine bubbles. Sweet apple, apple skin, strawberry lemonade syrup. Very sweet. Thin body low fizzy carbonation. With 3% a very light drink, almost lemonade, very sweet and little character.

[ As Cave Saint-Michel Cidre Rosé ].Clear light to medium pink - red color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, red apples. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, sugary apple, sticky. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140830]
