Can (Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Amber colour, small off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is rye, mild tart wood and some slight yeasty and herbal notes. Flavour is mild smoked, some sweetish sour rye and mild toasted notes. Sweetish sour aftertaste.

Can at home from Oslo, 28th October 18. Pours a chestnut brown, clear. Aroma is slight sour, caramel. Taste is sweet, caramel and then some slight tart, a burnt sugar slight bitter finish.

Lovely deep amber color with a fine thick tan head. Good lacing. Looks nice and inviting. Pleasant aroma. Fine body and a mellow carbonation level. Nice and easy to drink. Toffee, kveik, bready and fruity flavor. The kveik balanced the sweetness perfect. Mild nice acidity in the back.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.0%. Cloudy amber to brown colour, moderate off-white head, nice lacing. Aroma of malts and rye bread, a hint of fruit and juniper. The flavour has distinct fruity notes from the kveik yeast and the rye, followed by notes of bread, malts, juniper berries and other spices, and moderate bittering hops. Pleasant to drink.

0,33 boks fra heleskosten på Kvaddå, hjemme en varm og vakker lørdagskveld i slutten av juni: lett uklar mahogny med fint beige skum som varer. Distinkt aroma av rugmalt, sødmefylt kveik og mørke bær. Delikat smak, dette er virkelig et særpreget og velsmakende øl jeg gjerne drikker igjen. MÅ prøve å få brygget med kveik... Det er noe ved denne som bringer tankene hen på gode belgiske dubbels (bare ikke så mye sukkersødme). Kompleks munnfylde med krydder, sødme, urtehage, soltørket høy og mørke karameller. Dette ble en minneverdig stund. Håper virkelig de følger opp med nye særpregede øl!

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Bruna, appena torbida, schiuma avorio leggera. Al naso note di pane, zucchero di canna, frutta secca, canditi. In bocca è dolce, poco equilibrata, anche esile, watery. Anonima, non lascia molto in bocca.
