Cuivrée/ambre, col fin crémeux beige tenace.
Arôme malté caramel, pâle, cristal finement biscuité avec un rétro-nasal sur les fruits sec et noirs - pruneaux, dattes.
Palais sur une base allemande classique Bock - malté pâle, léger chocolaté, caramel avec une petite pointe de fumé en retrait, le tout appuyé par un fruité noire et sec.

Bottle. A mostly clear one, brown in color, with a small beige head. The aroma is caramel and bread dominated, with roasted malts. Nutty. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with flavors of roasted malts, dark bread and some fruityness. Lasting finish. Not my kind of beer. 221008

Pours hazy reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, nuts and bread. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a malty, caramel and bready finish. Body is light, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
