Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 20.12.16. Clear pale straw colour, white head and lacing. Fruity aroma and taste of saison beer, white pepper, fresh grass, thyme and wet cardboard.

Flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, delt med Ovesen etter endt brygging: lett uklar lys gylden med flott skum som varer. Citrus, malt, noe krydder og våt papp i aroma og smak. Mild bitterhet i ettersmaken. Fin munnfølelse.

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, light straw colored. Aroma is mild sour-ish grainy, weeds, hay, wet grain, minerals, grass, paper, popcorn. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, paper, minerals, hay, dried grain, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh medical mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Gulbrun lett tåkete med høyt tykt hvitt skum. Lukter sitrus, sitron, hvete og stikkelsbær. Lett. Smaker korn, hvete, sitrus og gjær noe pepperig. Kort lett bitter avslutning.
