A refreshing Spanish beer, sticking to its original recipe since 1904. Easy to drink, with a thirst quenching bitterness.

250ml bottle from a local store in Port de Soller. Film-type layer on top of a bright straw-golden body. Poor lacing. Grass and fruit to the nose. Weak fruity flavour alongside a minimal touch of pale malts. Notes of sour lemon. Cardboard dry ending, Very foamy in the mouth. Really bland stuff (hotel room, 08.07.2013).

It’s a simple lager. Light bitterness, light malty sweetness. Perfectly acceptable thirst quencher.

Draught. Clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of grain, light corn, noble hops, bread and light dmsish stuff. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of light grain and bread. Light to medium bodied with high carbonation. Ok, quite clean and a bit more bitter than most eurolagers.

33 cl. bottle. Clear, light golden colour a slowly fading white head. Aroma with grassy hops, sweet pale malts. Taste is light bitter and somewhat harsh. Light to medium body, thin texture, lively carbonation. Short, bitter finish with notes of cardboard. Not good. This beer really calls for a Carlsberg...
