Cask ale, half pint at the brewhouse. Shared with Finn. Golden-brown body, filmy layer, dotted spots on the glass. Modest aroma of leafy hops and mid-sweet malts. Mild caramel flavours joined by dough and a touch of leafy bitterness to the end. Tasty enough (Newton Abbot 27.04.2017).

Tried at the brewery pub. Golden colour, with a white head. Aroma is citrusy lime and a touch malty. Taste is also a touch hoppy slight bitter finish.

At the brewpub, Newton Abbot 17/4/2015. Golden in colour, with a decent, white, head. Sharp, lime spangles notes, weetabix malts and a touch of grassy hop, before a moderately bitter finish. The lime notes were overpowering.
