Cask @ Waterhouse, Manchester. Pale golden hoppy ale with a light graininess as its name suggests. Has a porridge aftertaste.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol March 2017. Slightly hazy gold in colour, with a small, off-white, head. Stone fruits, a touch of lemon sharpness, grainy malts and a touch of citrus hop, before a dryish finish. Fine.

Hand-pulled half-pint in my local Wetherspoons on 31st March 2017. Golden body, neat white head. Grainy and slightly citrusy in both the aroma and flavour, fairly sweet overall and very easy to drink: liked it.

On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - amber with a nice fluffy head. Nose - toffee and biscuits. Red fruit lingering in the background. Taste - red fruit more at the front. Caramel biscuits sweeps through on the end. Palate - light to medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - decent ale.

Pours a hazy golden colour with a small lasting white head. A distinct porridge oat aroma, a touch of caramel and citrus. Sweet, some caramelised fruit and oat flavours. A light dry bitterness in the finish. Grew on me, different but a bit too sweet.
