Gylden brun lett tåkete med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter karamell, noe vanilje og honning. Lett. Beskjeden bitterhet, brent karamell og tørket mørke frukter. Middels lang.

Bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy amber colour with a huge creamy off-white head. Well-carbonated. Sweet and fruity aroma of oranges, bread crumbs, spices, candy, caramel and heather. The flavor is bitter and less fruity. Theres also some strange roastedness in the background, almost cigarette-like. Grassy tones as well. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, medium body and a light to medium bitterness. In the end a quite strange ale and far from an APA. The aroma was interesting but Im suspecting an infection, and I cant find the American hops.

Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting. Golden colour, slightly hazy, large white head. Sweetish aroma of candy, ripe yellow fruits and fruity hops. Tolerably hoppy flavour, with a hint of burnt rubber in the background.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Sigmund´s 24.02.17. Alost slightly hazy. Foamy, dense and persistent off-white head and lacing. Inviting aroma of fresh citrus with a hint of mint. Similar taste, with hints of burnt rubber. Lively carbonation.

17.02.2017, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Opens with a huge fizz. Huge fizzy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, yeast, hay, flowers, weeds, yellow apple peel, leafs, minerals. Taste is harsh grassy, weeds, minerals, yeast, grass, bark, apple cores, paper, metal tank, hay, old leafs, apple peel. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh metallic mouthfeel. Meh!

Bruser litt i munnen. Bitterappelsiner, lime og grapefrukt henger igjen i ettersmaken.

500ml bottle, batch 24, at Bark. Stable, rocky off-white head, spotty lacing down the glass, Cloudy apricot coloured body. Fruity bread on the nose, lightly spiced. Rather succulent taste of apricot and bread. Bittersweet fruity ending. Fine bodied. A bit too foamy in the mouth. Fine match with a well made halibut (Harstad 21.10.2016).
