A quite ok and refreshing lager with more taste than a normal dull boring lager.
A bit unclear golden color with a fine white head. Malty, herbal and sitrus in the aroma with an ok intensity. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Wort-ish, herbal and a pleasant citrus touch in the flavor.

330ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a fluffy white head. Nice aroma of lemongrass and grain. Flavor is smooth, pale malt with citric fruit and lemongrass, moderate bitterness. Medium body and decent aftertaste dominated by lemongrass. It’s basically a decent lager beer with a refreshing lemongrass flavor. This bottle version tastes a lot better than the previous sampled tap version.

Old rating (6-3-6-3-12)
On tap @ Patricks. Pretty hazy golden body with a small, lacing white head. Aroma is rather floral, not very strong and a bit undefined. Light and easy flavor of pale malt, low bitterness and flowers. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. I think there exists two versions of this and this is the least lemon grass flavored one. At least I have tried a better and more refreshing prototype earlier. Need to re-rate at next occasion.

Bottle 330ml @ Onkel Aksel, Kristiansand
Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain and lemongrass. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with along lemongrass and sligthly grainy finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, at Onkel Aksel. A hazy yellowish golden beer with a small, dense, white head. Nice curtains. Typical pale lager scent at first, then the lemongrass kicks in. Grainy pale malts, grass and hay. There’s a decent bitterness in the mouth, but I wouldn’t mind more. The lemongrass takes a bit too much focus I think, but goes nicely with the season. Medium body, crisp and dry. Long finish. Quenching and all that, but there’s too much lemongrass for me. 150711
