Vienna Lager originated in Vienna, Austria, is a great everyday beer, crisp with some residual sweetness, some malty, biscuity or nutty flavors comes from main ingredients, Vienna and Munich malt, which are the key, and thanks to that beer has distinctive character. German noble hops that we used in Vienna Lager stays on low level but at the same time are present, and nicely supporting Vienna malt, not competing with it. Served in tall glasses topped with nice white steady foam, makes that beer a ”Small Oktoberfest”

Fra fat på Mikrobryggeriet 25 Okt 16. Kobberfarget. Lavt tett skum. Tett lacing. Veldig lett fruktaroma. Smaken har et lite preg av malt. Innslag av gress. Tørr syrlig ettersmak. Lett-drikkelig.

Clear dark golden color with a fine off white head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Mostly nutty, herbal and malty flavor. Decent and crispy beer.

Half, draught at the brewpub. Filmy, beige layer, clingy lacing. Copper coloured body, almost clear. Slightly roasted brown malty nose. Taste of bread, nuts and earth followed by dark fruity endnotes. Medium bodied. Soft on the swallow. Pretty nice (Oslo 14.03.2016).
