First brewed in collaboration with Tim Anderson, beer geek and Master-chef Winner 2012, this beer is a bit of a mouthful. We take a big Citra and Amarillo, dry hopped IPA as a base and ferment it out with a German wheat beer yeast before adding lashings of Japanese Yuzu. Its a kaleidoscope of flavours and it compliments a whole host of South East Asian dishes. The combination of the distinctly sharp yuzu, the punchy citrusy hops and soft wheat beer body is a real winner if you like your beers to bold and full of interesting flavours.

Old rating from 24-04-16 - 330ml bottle, brought from Kris Wines in North London. Pours a cloudy orange colour with a foamy white head. Aromas of yuzu, grapefruit & tangerine. Tastes is fairly dry with a good amount of hops and a dryness with that yuzu and grapefruit & tangerine making for a lovely summer drink.

In der Nase reife Mango, fantastische Frucht-Aromen. Im Trunk supercremig, Fruchtkompott, Mangosmoothie, Ananas, Zitrus, Sonne, Sand und Palmen. Hinten leicht itchy. Insgesamt hohe Drinkability, vielleicht etwas zu saftig, aber was weiß ich schon. Lecker Ding.

F: thin, off-white, not long lasting. C: pale gold, hazy. A: light vaguely sour fruity, orange, grapefruits, bit tropical fruits. T: malty backbone, tangerine, tropical fruits, grapefruits, passion fruits, decent bitterness, medium body and carbonation, not typical IPA yet good balanced beer for me, enjoyed, draft sample shared @ BBP Wanderlust 2018 in Brussels.
