My first thoughts is that this was a quite nice and easy drinkable lager beer. And then I see that it is meant to be an ale with some hops. Hmm where did they hide the hops? Anyway, it is an ok and easy drinkable beer.
Clear golden color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Herbal hoppy, faint citric and malty flavor.

Bottle. The colour is clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma of mowed grass, dry hay, pale malt and some hops. A little metallic flavour of grass, pale malt and some hops. Has a slick and watery mouth feel, light body and a light to medium bitterness. A light ale, not very exciting. Easy-drinking and careful aroma.

330ml bottle bought at EuroSpar Tomasjord. Snow white lacing-head. Bright warm golden body. Modest aroma of grain and grass. Moderately taste character of herbal hops, grass and grain. Vague bittersweet tail. Soft on the swallow. Okay as a partner the Sunday chicken dinner (Tromsø 13.03.2016).

Flaske 330ml fra Eurospar Tomasjord. Lys gyldenbrun. Middels skum som stabiliserer seg lavt. Litt lacing. Beskjeden aroma. Lett maltaroma med spor av mais. Smaken bringer ikke inn noe nytt. Tørr avslutning. Personlig tilføyelse: Artig med en tribute til mitt barndoms Soria-Moria fjell. Skuet det i det fjerne på besøk hos mine besteforeldre sør på Hinnøya.
