Après une première bouche ample et bien maltée, appréciez ses notes gourmandes de caramel et d’amandes grillées, la rondeur du miel et la force d’un bouquet d’épices intense. 3.7, best before 03/24, time to drink this bottle, yesterday at Epalinges, preparing some pizzas, sunny day and this beer was good, too sweet but you have a generous note of cynammon, ginger bread, orange peel, a kind of Indian chaï, malt, sweet, bitter, thanks Guillaume for this present.

Bottled 750ml. -from Spar Tignes. Clear dark amber coloured, medium sized beige head, spices and caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, toasted, spices, light dried fruits, notes of cloves and discreet alcohol with moderate sweet finish.

bottiglia 75 cl, bel cappello di schiuma beige fine persistente, color ambrato carico limpido, al naso frutta matura banana vino passito zucchero di canna spezie, in bocca toffee malto tostato miele canditi banana spezie, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. (Bottle) Reddish brown colour with big, frothy, tan head. Malty, spicy nose with wort bread, raisins, dark honey, dried apricots, roasted chestnuts and orange peel. Malty, spicy taste with notes of wort bread, caramel, honey, nuts, apricots, orange peel, cardamom, coriander and a mild spicy bitterness. More than medium body, sweet. Tasty and well balanced, but doesn't really stand out. Quite nice.

cleardark amber colour with reddish hue; huge, dense and long lasting beige-ish-yellowish head; aroma of honeycomb toffee,toffee, some licorice, hints soy sauce and biscuits;taste has similar notes as can be felt in the aroma; a bit unbalancedly sweet but otherwise good
