Botella 33 cl en el summer beer festival Gijón 04..09..2016. (r07). Color negro con poca espuma beige oscuro. Aromas y sabores maltosos algo tostados y torrefactos con ligeros caramelos dulces y tofe. cuerpo ligero fácil de beber con algo de gas. Normal.

Bottle 330 ml. Dark brown color, turbid, with good creamy foam. Aroma interesting: caramel and roasted malt, sweet cake, a little coffee, chocolate and nuts, yeast. Taste: caramel, bread crust with nuts, coffee, a drop of port wine, noticeable hop bitterness, velvety, slightly spicy, light fruity acidity.

Shared bottle at the 4th International Beer Swap in De Bierboom, Brugge on 5th Feb 2016. Great to see some Spanish beers this year: thanks whoever brought them. Black bodied beer with a beige head, the aroma was malty with a toffee and caramel like scent. Those malty molasses also ruled the taste, but this isn’t sweet, they are balanced by a liquorice and semi-burnt malt flavouring which in turn allows the hops to assert themselves a little. A very pleasant Porter in deed.

Flaske 330ml. Gave fra Cristina & Pau. Svart. Lavt luftig skum med litt bobler. Aroma av melkesjokolade. Smaken lett røstet malt med sjokolade i bakgrunnen. Veldig uklar siste kvelling.

Flaske på La 5à Puñeta, Palma de Mallorca: iflg bartenderen er garrova en belgfrukt, hvor bærene (som skal ha eb mandelsmak) brukes i kaker og sjokolade. Brunsvart med kort, storboblet skum. Spennende aroma og smak mes sjokolade, fløtekarameller og mandler, overraskende lite kaffeinnslag til en porter å være. Allikevel tørr, og med en beskjeden men godt beregnet bitterhet. En interessant, velsmakende og annerledes porter. Min andre øl fra Ibiza, og nr. 3 til å rate denne!

33 cl bottle from the well stocked fridge at restaurant plaer natural. pitch dark, smooth light brown head.aroma is toffee, toasted malts, bitter caramel. Flavor is quite alright, molasses, roasted malts, licorice, burnt dark caramel, i miss some hoppy balance, the beer is , however, quite heavy and flavorful
