Brun farge med beige høyt skum. Lukter av malt, krydder og sitrus. veldig mye kullsyre. Smaker fruktig. Lett bitter avslutning.

Bottled (’polet, Kirkenes). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some wood mild grass and floral notes. Flavour is caramel, fruits and some wooden notes. Stuff.

Clear golden color, steady white head. Peppery, tropical fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Peppery, Saison yeasty flavor. Sweetish fruityness but dry finish. Decent although not very interesting.

50cl bottle @ Vaasa sessions. Ambery colored beer with a thin white head. Tropical fruity aroma, citrusy notes, some white wine notes. Flavor has citrus, dryness, Belgian yeast and apples. Mouthdrying.

Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus and yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long dry, yeasty, citrus and orange finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap @ BØ 15. Pours dark yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is fruity hops with apricots and peaches, as well as yeasty notes of wood. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tropical hoppy notes with apricots and peaches, as well as wooden yeast and malty notes of biscuits and toffee.

Keg at the Cardinal - Stavanger. Pours clear gold with a creamy off-white head. The nose has saison yeast, light herbs, spicy pine, zesty citrus. Light to medium sweet flavor with prominent melon and zesty citrus, dry wheat bread, yeast, light alcohol, hay. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, moderately dry, with more yeast character, some spicy pine needles, esters, crispy wheat bread, straw. A very drinkable spicy-yeasty saison.

Fra fat på Mi2, Cardinal aug-15: uklar med veldig mye og tett skum. Blomsteraktig aroma med sterkt innslag av overmodne klementiner og nektariner, sammen med milde kryddertoner. Smaken er desverre heller ufrisk, appelsinmarmelade og igjen overmodne frukter som nektarin og fersken. Flat. Lite av det jeg forbinder med en god saison. Kanskje godsakene og friskheten forsvant i opptappingen og det tette, kremaktige skummet?

Gylden brun klar med kremete fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter bær, barnåler, sitrus og fersken. Eksplosjon av smaker, forsterket av mye kullsyre. Røde frukter, bær og trevirke. Medium bitterhet i avslutningen som sitter godt. (Grûnerløkka mat- og mikrobryggerifestival)

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with huge solid head. Aroma of caramel, mandarins, honey, ripe fruits, medicine, alcohol, spices. Taste sweet with bitter finish. Highly carbonated.
