Bottle. Is unclear and has a straw-like color topped with creamy, white colored foam. Its aroma is characterized by citrus fruits, the classic Belgian , fruity yeast , dry hay , peppery notes and a hint of freshly cut grass. The flavor reflects the same great tones , dominated by lemon, grass, Belgian yeast, hay and amounts of pale malt. Has a medium body, and a balanced bitterness. Here we talk properly about a farmhouse ale. A wonderful and balanced saison from the Bdin brewery.

330ml bottle at Blå Rock Café. Frothy white head covering a near-clear amber-gold coloured body. Fair lacing. Moderate farmyard smell together with mid-sweet malts. Dough and honey sweetness to the taste buds offset by a touch of citrus and yeast. The citrus part lingers for a while through a fine ibu support. Semi-dry. Medium bodied. Alright, does not stand out in any way though (Tromsø 16.01.2015).
