Coming from the coop city Bern. Opening this bottle quietly, on friday, at home, Epalinges, coming from Paris. It was a good surprise for me, not a usual bock on German way. This one was really smooth, malty, fruity with a touch of toffee, not so bitter. 05.06.2022

0.33l bottle from a coop in bern, 2.00 chf.
pours a clear golden with a small white head. aroma of grains and hay, more like a helles, I probably would not have guessed it is a bock just by smell. flavour of grains, grass, bread, spices, almonds. sweetish, with noticeable alcohol warmth. medium bitter grassy finish.
