clear golden colour, minimal white lacing; aroma of canned apple, some earthy and sweet apple peel notes; taste has the same notes with some syrupy sweetness; good one

Appearance: Clear gold with a small white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: Overrioe apples, autumn leaves, slightly funky. Taste: Similar picture. Medium dry. Dry ending. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Summary: OK.

Bottle at Aswarby Rectory, Aswarby. Passed around after the prosecco. Not as good as the usual Norman stuff - bit more soily but nonehtless nice. Stunning orange gold colour.

Bottled, 6% abv. Unclear dark golden, small head. Honey, ripe apples, citrus, apple peel, barrel notes, wood. Light dry sourness, light fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Good!

0,75 flaske (5,5%) fra polet i Verksgata, delt med skibsrederen i en velfortjent pause under rivingen av skottet under dørken: lett uklar dyp gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilige inntrykk av ciderepler, litt kanel og høy/støv. Lettdrikkelig og forfriskende. Halvtørr. Overmodne epler helt i slutten.
