On tap the at the brewpub. 21/07/2015 two days after the Etape du Tour. Aroma is damp hay, straw, grains, rustic grainstore. Yellow / straw coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is tangy straw, grainy hay, light lemon citrus. Nice rustic / farmyard character. Palate is light bodied, doughy grais, wheaty, slightly creamy, airy carbonation. Little banana ester in the finish.

Draught, 300ml at the brewpub as Blanche, 5.6 % abv A wheat haze to a yellow-gold coloured body. Just a ring of small bubbles to the rim of the surface. Dotted spots to the glassware. Wheat and yeasty fruitiness on the nose. Wheat, pears and tart fruity flavours. Dominated tartness to the ending. Not than well balances, about drinkable though (Strasbourg, 26.07.2014).

Draught, 5.6%. Nicely spicely, slightly citric aroma. A sweet spiciness with cloves. Cloudy yellow colour. Small, tight white head. The flavour is citricly refreshing, spicy, with a good cloviness balancing the lemon flavour. Perhaps a little on the sweet side, but very good.
