330ml bottle. Murky, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with permanently reinforced, average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, citrusy hoppy and mildly funky, bretty aroma, notes of lemon, grapefruit, some peach, dusty yeasty overtones with a touch of white pepper. Taste is dry, citrusy hoppy, notes of lemon, lemon juice, some peach and passion fruit, some residual sweetness supports the fruitiness.

330ml can @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. March 2016. Pours hazy orange, thin white head. Aroma is fruity, citrussy. Taste bears a low carbonation, smooth, yet bursting with fruit, orangey with some peach. Just the slightest bretty tickle on the finish, but I guess that would develop over time. 330ml can, October 2018. Aged for 2 1/2 years. Pours almost completely flat, big funky brett nose, definitely developing the aroma massively, some soft white wine coming into play. Got another one aging so, providing it hasn't popped, I'll revisit in a couple of years to see how the brett is getting on.

Can. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and a little soft. Reasonable fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, light creamy sweetness. A little hop skunk. Nice light orange and pink grapefruit. Light savoury brett. Semi sweet floralness. Light semi dry finish. Tasty but could be punchier.

Bottle shared at Leightons place 21/03/2016. Many thanks to Colin for this one. Hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is fruity citrus, juicy orange, subdued brett, wheat, some white bread. Flavour is composed of light white bready grains, orange and brett, hint of peach melba. Palate is light wheat, highish carbonation, medium light bodied. Decent, well put together.
