Tap at Deschutes, Bond St, Bend 23/05/13. Very lightly hazed golden amber with a thin off white head. Nose is pale malts, grass, hops, caramel. Taste comprises light hops, bitter orange, grass, caramel, light sugar, biscuit, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light bitterness in the finish. Drinkable APA although I prefer one with a little more hop presence.

Bottle: Poured a copper with fluff white head that dissipated fast. Aroma is strong floral perfume. Taste is nice hops and fresh grain, very balanced.

Enjoyed on tap at Fat Pour in Chicago, IL while a friend bought 4 rounds of bombs from a 24 year old waitress who looked like she was 29. Great pale ale, wish I had more time to enjoy it. Would enjoy again.

Bottle. Clear, amber body. Frothy, off-white head, lasting. Aroma of resin and toasted grain and not a lot else other than a light hint of caramel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of resin, hint of grapefruit. Not much depth.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear, light copper color with a small white head. Aroma was some light caramel malts and some light malts. While the beer still had a drink by date a month out from today, the cascade had mellowed quite a lot. Not bad.

Draft. A pretty mild APA. Some citrus and pine with a somewhat weak caramel malt backbone. Not something I would seek out again.
