Cask at the Plasterers Arms, Norwich, 16/02/17. Black with a decent khaki cap. Nose is light roast, cocoa powder, toffee, spice, fruit tang. Taste comprises lactic notes, bitter chocolate, light spice, earthy, tarte fruit linger. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok stout.

Cask at The Coach & Horses, Norwich. Pours almost black with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruit. Moderate sweetness and light roasted bitterness. Medium body and slick texture, carbonation is soft.

Tap @ Coach & Horses, Norwich. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are licorice, roast malt, chocolate and hops. Sweet roasty finish.
