Sample (Blend 4) at Palace Hall, Malmö December tasting (14/12/2024) - pretty complex with some sour fruity notes met by notes of red and white grape wooden washed accents, touch of bourbon, medium body and high acidity, sour fruity lingering finish. Very nice.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Blend #4 at 7%. Pours a hazy, orangey golden with a rough, white head. Complex, tart aroma with lots of acetobacter in the front paired with noble rot. Medium body, super dry overripe fruits. Somehow I had hoped for more sweet, noble rot. But a solid Sour blend with the acetic acid dominating. Dry finish. 010524

Bottle pour, taster. Blend #3. @Vaeskebalancen, Copenhagen (Denmark). 04/05/2023. [#6.196 Global - #72 Norway - #1 Monkey Brew (My Norwegian brewery #16)] Pours clear bright golden with a small white head and some sediment. Aroma: oak, ripe peach, lime and acidity. Taste: Bit bretty and lemony with oak and peaches. Funky and acidity finish. Next one please!
