Bottle blend #4. Almost clear golden under a minimal sized white head that fades. Aroma is citric fruity, acidic and funky with a hint of wood. Taste is acidic citric fruit, pale malt, mils lemon, hint of wood, hint of white vine and nice funk. Balanced body with long lasting aftertaste. Nice blend, the best so far. Not too acidic, very refreshing, soft fruitiness. Delicious.

Bottle, at Håndverksølfestivalen. It's a clear golden colored beer with an off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma is fruity, with a hint of vinegar, a pleasant citrus touch and some pale malts. It's full-bodied and dry on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a mostly fruity, citrusy flavor. There's more vinegar than in the aroma though, with some bready pale malts as a backdrop. Medium length finish. Too vinegary this one, but tasteful and refreshing anyway. 190608

Bottle at B�din �lfestival. Pours a hazy amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma of oak, lemon juice, horse, apple cider vinegar, goose berries and sourdough. Very sour flavour of lemon juice, wet hay, vinegar and oak. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and light bitterness. Nice aroma and a very sour taste.

200ml draught at Habitat. Farmyard on the nose, dry and medium tart. Ripe lemony tartness to the taste profile, hints of orange, yeast and dry apples. Dry and semi-tart finish. Rounded mouth feel. Decent cleanser, without further excitements (Trondheim 31.10.2017).

On tap at Sour & Bitter 2017, Sandnes. Pours slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma of horse stable, effervescent powder, lemon, coffee, oak, a little acetone, white wine. Taste sour with balancing sweetness, and some tart and bitter finish. High carbonation.

Aroma is mild sour-ish fruity, old leafs, apple cores, sorrel, minerals, grass, apple peel, oak, bark, unripe berries, yeast, (hints of butterscotch and grain the first time). Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, sorrel, hay, grass, oak, unripe berries, soda powder, citrus peel, fruit stones, apple cores, (hints of grain and butterscotch the first time). Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.
