Once again, the Kveik is all over the place here. Huge bright oily fruits. Crazy. The Kveik and water are both from Voss, and I'm sure the other ingredients (besides hops) are also quite local. Yum-a yum yum, get in my tum.

7-3-6-3-13 Can, as Voss Camping Øl Spissøl med kveik, 11 months before bbd. Pours cloudy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is fruity yeast with juniper and cloudberries, as well as grainy malts with bread, honey and spicy minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is fruity yeast with juniper and spicy minerals, as well as leafy minerals. Dry finish.

330 ml can, from Nærbutikken, Åkrafjordtunet. ABV is 4.7%. Murky brownish-golden colour, moderate to small white head. Fruity aroma of kveik, with notes of yellow plums, also notes of juniper and pine. Citric flavour, followed by notes of juniper and resin, hints of yellow plums, distinct bitterness in the finish.

0,33 flaske fra Coop Extra Voss, delt med Johan og Camilla: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer helt ned. Litt krydder og lys malt, nesten ingen citrus eller andre hyggelige innslag. Kveiken har gjemt seg godt. Tynt og særdeles uinspirerende.
