Cafe Sara's Epic Tessera. Lys brun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter sydhavsfrukter, ananas og fersken. Middels fylde og bitterhet. Noe pepperig smak, søtlig fersken og tropisk frukt. Middels lang.

200ml draught at Cafe Sara. A stable white head to a golden body with a slight haze. Clingy lacing. Lemony hops on the nose, dry. Fresh taste of citrus joined by a backbone of wheat and bread, followed by a smooth fruity bitter finish. Medium bodied. Decent ipa version. (Oslo 04.09.2017).
