Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 21st January 2020. Amber with shallow off-white foam and partial lacing. Soft and nutty caramel malt aroma. Malty in-mouth with sweet fruits, and a round finish of medium sweet toffees and berries. Engaging mouthfeel and a light to medium body.

28/8/2019. Cask at The Fat Gadgie, Carlisle. Pours clear golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, caramel and citrus fruit. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Sessionable but not much to it.

Half-pint, cask ale at Calans Micropub. Low pearl white head, dotted spots on the glass. Golden-brown in body appearance. Caramel malts on the nose, hints of leafy hops. Similar taste of leafy hops and brown malts. Moderate bittersweet finish. Classic Brit bitter, more or less. (Hebden Bridge 04.07.2018).

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Bright clear amber with a small head. Bitter with a mild grittiness to its mid malty taste.
