Cask, half-pint at Royal Oak, watching the world cup match between England and Columbia. Low white head, hazy golden body, spotty lacing. Biscuit aroma. Peaches, ripe citrus and some moments of malty sweetness to the taste buds. Bittersweet endnotes. Soft in the mouth. Easy going. (Halifax 03.07.2018).

Cask-conditioned at Brigantes, York 19 June 2018. Back for another world cup. Deep gold in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Leafy hops, chewy malts a touch of fruity sweetness and moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask @ Mr Foley’s, Leeds. Back for the World Cup at the slightly lower 3.7% - this is golden with a small creamy head. Malty nose and session texture which helps if the knock-out rounds go all the way to penalties!
