Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a finger-thick white head. The aroma is quite weak, with a pleasant fruityness, some grass, hay and yeasty spicyness. It's medium to thin bodied, with a nice and smooth carbonation, quite dry, with a soft bitterness. Fruity flavor, as the aroma it's quite weak, with some citrus, pine cones, grass and hay. Semi-long finish with a chalky touch. An easy drinkable and quite refreshing beer. But too gentle all the way I think. 190513

Fra flaske på RBHD-samling hos Asle Bjørn, okt-18: klar lys strågul med højt skum - tydeligvis noe overkarbonert. Mild og frisk aroma og smak med belgisk gjær, høy og søte, lyse frukter. Mild bitterhet med sødmepreg i avslutningen. Mersmak.

500ml bottle, batch 59/60, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Misty yellow coloured body under a small sized white head. fair lacing. Malt-fruity aroma, hints of bread and lemon. Ripe lemony taste added by touch of dough. Hints of citrus peels towards the ending. Satisfying. (Session with TheCellarer and Snegurochka, Tromsø 14.06.2018).

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly fresh floral, hay, leafs, lawn, flowers, moss, hops, light malts, minerals, hints of pine needles. Taste is slightly dry floral, weeds, hay, leafs, lawn, moss, light malts, minerals, bark, flowers, old wash cloth, paper, cereal. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.
