For Astral Insight we built a complex base of malted barley and flaked grains to achieve a soft mouthfeel with a delicately low alcohol content. We then layered this beer with Mosaic and Motueka hops to deliver bright flavors of tangerine and white grape. We love low gravity beers and this one was built for drinking.

440ml can bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Firm, bubbly white head leaving lacing rings on the glass. Cloudy yellow-gold body. Decent aroma of juicy malts. Mixed malt-fruity flavours, impacts of mango, citrus and grainy malts. Drying mild bitter ending. Pretty alright. (Tromsø 20.11.2018).

Solid session able hoppy stuff.
Cloudy yellow color with a fine white head. Good lacing. Good intensity in the aroma. The body felt a bit thin. Pleasant carbonation level. Grapefruit hoppy, pine and fruity flavor.

On tap at Både&. An unclear pale orange colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is fruity, indeed, lightly oxidized, with pine cones and some grapefruit. Pineapple notes. It's very soft on the palate, quite dry and a bit low on the carbonation. Fruity, lightly bitter initial flavour and finish with pine cones and pineapple. A refreshing one indeed, and tasteful too, but not my favorite from Sleeping Village. 180524
