From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 20.06.16. Hazy red. Pink head. Aroma and taste of raspberries and raspberry candy. Dry and refreshing.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy pink with pinkish head. Aroma of raspberries, lemons. Tastes sour, but still on the mild side. Thin bodied. Re-rated 2018-07-26: Bottle at home. In addition to what we tasted 2016: Aroma of light bread. Tastes a little bit salty.

Fra fat på Cardinal: utseendet er til forveksling lik Berentsens Rosa Panter-brus, selv om skummet er bedre. Deilig bringebæraroma! Den friske bringebærsmaken er sursyrlig og tørr, ikke noe syltetøy her. Et snev av mandelbitterhet balanserer det hele. En topp sommerdrikk.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Pink colour (like the company’s Pink Panther soda / pop), pale pink head. Sourish aroma of raspberries and lactic acid. Light bodied. Dry flavour, medium sour, notes of unsweetened raspberries and citrus.

On tap @ Sur & Bitter, Sandnes. Pours hazy red, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart raspberries and lactic acid, as well as some sweet stone fruity notes. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart lactic acid, raspberries and musty fruit peel. Musty fruit and earth in the finish.
